Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Foreign Affairs: On how many occasions, if any, broken down by date and title of email or document received, has the Minister received emails or official Government documents provided to them in their capacity as Ministers in email accounts that weren't provided to them by Ministerial Services, Parliamentary Services or any other Public sector provider?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: Emails have been received by staff in my ministerial office from parliamentary email addresses. I am assured the contents of these emails are unclassified administrative emails intended for public release and do not contain any material of a sensitive nature. Updated parliament technical procedures have resolved the need for this in the future. To provide a list of these emails would impede the operation of my office which is not in the public interest.
