Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Courts: On how many occasions, if any, broken down by date and title of email or document received, has the Minister received emails or official Government documents provided to them in their capacity as Ministers in email accounts that weren't provided to them by Ministerial Services, Parliamentary Services or any other Public sector provider?

Hon Nicole McKee: On occasion, I have received emails and official documents related to my ministerial responsibilities via personal email accounts not provided by Ministerial Services, Parliamentary Services, or any other public sector provider. These instances were limited to circumstances where it was necessary to access materials that would otherwise be blocked by digital security filters due to documents or correspondence containing firearms-related terminology, or to ensure that correspondence relating to my ministerial portfolios not sent to an official email address was logged appropriately.
