Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Agriculture: On how many occasions, if any, broken down by date and title of email or document sent, have staff employed in the Minister's office sent or forwarded emails or official Government documents provided to them in their capacity as employees to email accounts that weren't provided to them by Ministerial Services, Parliamentary Services or any other Public sector provider?

Hon Todd McClay: Emails have been sent from parliamentary email addresses for a number of reasons such as an inability to print from their parliamentary email address, keeping a record of Cabinet Ministers and suite allocations to set up my office at the start of the parliamentary term, and sending PRs and media lines to copy and paste to social media because they are unable to copy and paste from Outlook. I am assured that none of the emails contain any material of a sensitive nature. I refer the Member to the attached table.
