Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Digitising Government: On how many occasions, if any, broken down by date and title of email or document received, has the Minister received emails or official Government documents provided to them in their capacity as Ministers in email accounts that weren't provided to them by Ministerial Services, Parliamentary Services or any other Public sector provider?

Hon Judith Collins: Emails were sent from the Minister's parliamentary email address for a number of reasons such as sending herself the details of an event invitation during overseas travel, sending herself a copy of a social media video script to use while filming it, sending herself a copy of a published PR to read, sending herself a copy of a media article to read, sending a link to a video to post on social media as it was unable to be downloaded on a work phone, sending photos to post on social media as they were unable to be downloaded on a work phone. None of the emails contain any material of a sensitive nature.
