21115 (2025). Dr Tracey McLellan to the Minister of Corrections: How many male prisoners were completing a rehabilitation programme including therapeutic, cultural or employment-related programmes which are considered rehabilitative, if any, at each prison, by service type, and for both offenders sentenced to over and under two years for each month from December 2023 to 31 March 2025?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that to provide this information, Corrections would need to consult extensively across the department and individual prison sites as well as review individual files of people in prison. This would amount to substantial collation and manual analysis, which I am not prepared to ask for the purposes of this response. This is also my response to WPQ 21117 (2025).
