21105 (2025). Ingrid Leary to the Minister for Mental Health: Does Te Whatu Ora or the Ministry of Health hold a lease for Segar House; if so, which agency holds the lease and when is the lease due for renewal?

Hon Matt Doocey: I am advised that Health New Zealand holds a lease with Segar House in Auckland. The lease is due to expire on 30 June 2025. Health NZ is in the process of discussing renewal options with the landlord.
