21103 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Transport: What consultations are the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, planning to open on the week beginning 5th May 2025 with employees around any changes to employment roles, employment numbers and any other employment conditions, and how many roles are affected?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that in the week beginning 5 May, NZTA commenced a consultation process affecting 29 positions in its Digital Performance, Digital Operations and Design Chapter teams. I am advised that no such consultations were opened with employees at the Ministry of Transport in the week beginning 5 May.
