21100 (2025). Hon Marama Davidson to the Minister for Courts: What evidence, if any, has the Minister seen that there is sufficient capacity in the Courts workforce to ensure all paperwork related to bail is consistently filed accurately and on time?

Hon Nicole McKee: I have not received any advice from the Ministry on court workforce capacity to support filing of bail paperwork.
