Hon Paul Goldsmith: I am advised that Ministry for Pacific Peoples holds a single contract with the Auckland Pacific Wardens Charitable Trust (APWCT), which operates solely in the Auckland region, therefore it does not have oversight of all Pacific Warden numbers in Wellington.
