Hon Paul Goldsmith: I am advised that Ministry for Pacific Peoples holds a single contract with the Auckland Pacific Wardens Charitable Trust (APWCT), which operates solely in the Auckland region, therefore it does not have oversight of all Pacific Warden numbers in the South Island.
