Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister for Infrastructure: What is the current procurement status of the Waitākere courthouse project, which was presented as a potential Public-Private Partnership opportunity at the Government's March 2025 Investment Summit, and when, if at all, does he expect to announce a final procurement decision?

Hon Chris Bishop: The Government has not put any funding towards Waitākere courthouse at this time as a number of other capital investments were of higher priority for funding during Budget 2026. As the Waitākere courthouse did not receive funding, I do not expect to announce any procurement decisions.
