Hon Simon Watts: In my capacity as the Minister of Climate Change, I received the following documents in the week beginning 28 April 2025: 30/4/25 – BRF-6147 - Proactive Release of Policy decisions for New Zealand Emissions Trading Scheme market governance 01/5/25 - Climate Weekly Update week ending 2 May 2025 01/5/25 – BRF-6166 - Fonterra Edendale electrode boiler opening and decarbonisation announcement It is not in the public interest to release four further titles as they are under active consideration.
