Hon Penny Simmonds: In my capacity as the Minister for the Environment, I received the following documents in the week beginning 28 April 2025: 1/5/25 - BRF-6127 - Further request from Christchurch City Council for more time to complete its intensification planning instrument (April 2025) 1/5/25 - Final Environment Weekly Update week ending 2 May 2025 2/5/25 - BRF-6195 - Aide memoire: Talking points for Meeting with APHANZ 11.00 am Monday 5 May 2025 It is not in the public interest to release six further titles as they are under active consideration.
