Cushla Tangaere-Manuel to the Associate Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery: What aides-mémoire, briefings, memos, notes, reports, or any other advice, if any, has the Minister or their Office received during the week beginning 18 May 2026, listed by agency, title and date received?

Hon Chris Penk: I received one document during the week beginning 18 May 2026 from the National Emergency Management Agency, however it is not in the public interest to release the title of this document. In addition, staff in my office may informally receive documents, including draft documents, from officials in NEMA, other agencies, and other Ministers’ offices. This information is not held in a format that can be easily extracted within the required time frame.
