Hon Nicola Willis: The draft versions of the Budget Economic and Fiscal Update (BEFU) that I received included substantively the same content related to Nationally Determined Contributions as the final published BEFU. One draft I received referred to the Treasury's intention at that time to publish updated scenarios for the costs of offshore mitigation alongside the BEFU.
