Hon Nicola Willis: The fiscal forecasts include a best estimate of the likely revenue and expenses in relation to the planned Liquefied Natural Gas facility. The specific fiscal risk disclosed in the Budget Economic and Fiscal Update highlights the possibility of additional costs if final design details differ to what has been assumed in the fiscal forecasts. It is expected that the facility will be cost recovered from third party revenue and as such will be fiscally neutral.
