20432 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Prime Minister: How much, if anything, did the Minister's departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, spend on flights in 2025 to date, broken down into international and domestic flights?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: In my capacity as the Prime Minister, I am the responsible minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) is a departmental agency hosted by the DPMC. DPMC and NEMA expenditure on domestic and international flights for the financial years 2023/24 to 2019/20 is reported in Questions 95 and 97 (pages 73 and 77) of the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet and National Emergency Management Agency 2023/24 Annual Review, which is available on the following website: Annual Review 2023/24. The information for the 2024/25 financial year is currently not available, my officials are gathering this information as part of the 2025/26 Estimates Examination of Vote Prime Minister and Cabinet, which I anticipate will be available late June 2025.
