20416 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Have any changes to the proposal to restructure Kāinga Ora maintenance staff been made through a consultation process and for each such change, if any, what had been proposed, what changed and why?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities has advised me that it is currently engaged in consultation with staff, as such no decisions have been made (including on any changes to the proposal).
