20369 (2026). Hon Carmel Sepuloni to the Minister for Auckland: Further to his answer to written question 19397 (2026): which specific items, if any, in the speech from the throne, and coalition agreements are relevent to the targets he has for himself and his performance?
Hon Simon Watts: To name just a few of the specific items I consider relevant to the Auckland portfolio, I would direct the member to the sections of the coalition agreements relating to restoring law and order, building infrastructure, lowering inflation, and letting Kiwis keep more of what they earn. As New Zealand’s largest city and a powerhouse of our economy, many, and almost all, of the priorities and goals contained in the coalition agreements and the speech from the throne are relevant to the Auckland portfolio.
