Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: How many, if any, of the state housing projects listed in Kāinga Ora’s June 2025 Pipeline Review Register that were expected to be delivered in FY26 are confirmed as delayed beyond 30 June 2026 and for each what is its address, how many houses was it expected to deliver and when, if at all, is it now expected to be delivered?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that 49 state housing projects that had an original estimated delivery date of FY26 have been rescheduled to FY27, and 1 project has been rescheduled to FY28. The list of the projects by address is in the attachment provided by Kāinga Ora.
