Hon Peeni Henare to the Minister for National Security and Intelligence: What discussion documents have the Minister’s responsible agencies, if any, released for public consultation during the period 27 November 2023 to 28 May 2024, and on what date, if any, did the Minister’s Office receive these documents for their feedback?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: In my capacity as the Minister for National Security and Intelligence I am not a Responsible Minister. In my capacity as the Prime Minister, I am the Responsible Minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet.
