20326 (2024). Hon Peeni Henare to the Minister for Land Information: What discussion documents have the Minister’s responsible agencies, if any, released for public consultation during the period 27 November 2023 to 28 May 2024, and for each of these, on what date did consultation begin?

Hon Chris Penk: Toitū Te Whenua Land Information New Zealand released three discussion documents for public consultation during the period 27 November 2023 to 28 May 2024. The documents and date consultations begun are listed below: • Crown Pastoral Land Strategic Intentions Document and Performance Monitoring Framework – 8 February 2024 • Draft Authority and Identity Requirements for E-Dealing Standard and draft Authority and Identity Requirements for E-Dealing Guideline – 29 April 2024 • Updating Fees for Survey and Title Services – 29 April 2024.
