20309 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: How many Kāinga Ora Customer Support Centre staff, if any, have been made redundant since 1 April 2025 and how many, if any, of the Centre’s staff have resigned since 1 April 2025?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that since 1 April 2025, 43 Customer Support Centre staff have left the organisation by way of redundancy (voluntary or as a result of a change process), and 20 Customer Support Centre staff have resigned.
