20286 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Justice: How much, if anything, did the Minister's departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, spend on flights in 2021, broken down into international and domestic flights?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I refer the member to the Ministry of Justice’s evidence to the Justice Committee during its 2020/21 Annual Review which is available on the Parliament website: 2020/21 Annual Review and Appendices: www.parliament.nz/resource/en-NZ/53SCJU_EVI_118077_JU221342/c3b8ac8fa778c24ff9f4514b0ab42d0c840a61d3 Question 96 and Appendix 22 provide the domestic flight expenditure for FY21. Question 98 provides international flight expenditure for FY21. I am advised that Crown entities spent $292,775 on domestic flights and $24,689 on international flights in 2021.
