20262 (2026). Lan Pham to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: Is the Minister for RMA Reform aware of whatever engagement Irrigation NZ is referring to in its 22 May newsletter, which states that "While the RM Reform process may seem relatively quiet for our members, IrrigationNZ remains heavily engaged in discussion with officials and Ministers - alongside other sector bodies"?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am aware that the Ministry for the Environment held a meeting with Irrigation NZ on 3 December 2025 as part of a series of pre-introduction meetings with the agriculture and horticulture sector, and I ran a sector workshop on 18 March 2026, which included Irrigation NZ.
