20248 (2026). Lan Pham to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: What engagement, if any, has the Minister had with Forest & Bird regarding the Natural Environment Bill and Planning Bill while the Bills have been at Select Committee?

Hon Chris Bishop: I have not had any specific engagement with Forest & Bird while the Natural Environment Bill and the Planning Bill have been at Select Committee. However, representatives from Forest & Bird were present at a meeting which I attended on 28 April 2026 between environmental non-government organisations, and other Ministers, where resource management reform was discussed.
