Lan Pham to the Minister for the Environment: Is the Minister for the Environment aware of which officials, if any, Irrigation NZ referring to in its 22 May newsletter, which states that "While the RM Reform process may seem relatively quiet for our members, IrrigationNZ remains heavily engaged in discussion with officials and Ministers - alongside other sector bodies"?
