Hon Shane Jones: My office was advised by Fisheries New Zealand that the Hector’s Dolphin Bycatch Reduction Plan Annual Report for 2024-25 was ready for publication. This public report assesses the effectiveness of the Bycatch Reduction Plan in meeting fisheries objectives set out in the Hector’s and Māui Dolphin Threat Management Plan.
