20175 (2024). Hon Peeni Henare to the Minister for the Environment: What discussion documents have the Minister’s responsible agencies, if any, released for public consultation during the period 27 November 2023 to 28 May 2024, and for each of these, on what date did consultation end?

Hon Penny Simmonds: The following documents do not relate to my portfolio but they were prepared by an agency that I am responsible for: • Annual updates to New Zealand Emissions Trading Scheme limits and price control settings for units 2024 • Proposed changes to New Zealand Emissions Trading Scheme regulations 2024 Consultation on these documents is set to end 14 June 2024.
