Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that for the period from October 2025 to April 2026, it has had a Master Agency Agreement with Bayleys Realty Group. For the remainder of real estate agents/agencies that Kāinga Ora has engaged with, Kāinga Ora advises me that it is not possible to provide this information without diverting a significant amount of staff resources from their core duties. In accordance with Speaker’s Ruling 210/6, I consider that the time and expense of answering the Member’s question is not in the public interest.
