20173 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: How much has Kāinga Ora paid in real estate agent fees to each agent or agency engaged for the sale of state houses since 1 January 2018?
Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that for the period from October 2025 to April 2026, it has paid Bayleys Realty Group $2,427,072 in real estate agent fees under the Master Agency Agreement.

Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that it is not possible to provide the remainder of this information without diverting a significant amount of staff resources from their core duties.
