20165 (2026). Ricardo Menéndez March to the Minister of Immigration: Since 01 January 2015, how many deportation liability notices, if any, were issued to temporary visa holders for breaches of visa conditions, broken down by visa category, breach type, ethnicity, gender, and age?

Hon Erica Stanford: I am advised that since 1 January 2015 Compliance has issued Deportation Liability Notices under IA09 s157(5)(a) to 322 individuals. I refer the Member to the attached document for this information.
