Hon Scott Simpson: I am advised that as part of the 2024 levy consultation process, MBIE procured an external review of the levies. Independent actuarial advisors Finity were contracted to conduct a quality assurance review that included advising on the appropriateness and reasonableness of ACC’s proposed levy rates for 2025-28. The proposed levies were found to be appropriate and within a reasonable actuarial range.
