20148 (2024). Hon Peeni Henare to the Minister for Economic Development: What discussion documents have the Minister’s responsible agencies, if any, released for targeted consultation during the period 27 November 2023 to 28 May 2024, and for each of these, on what date did consultation end?

Hon Melissa Lee: The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment is responsible for 13 portfolios. Compiling the requested information across all portfolios, including those for which I do not have direct responsibility, would require significant effort and resources. It is not considered reasonable or an appropriate use of my officials’ time to fulfill such a request. In the Economic development portfolio, no discussion documents have been released for targeted consultation during the period 27 November 2023 to 28 May 2024.
