Ricardo Menéndez March to the Minister of Immigration: Further to Written Question 6242 (2026), since 01 January 2015, how many persons considered to be "fleeing", if any, where Immigration Compliance Officers relied on section 328 of the Immigration Act 2009, were later confirmed to be lawfully in New Zealand, broken down by ethnicity, nationality, age, and gender?
