Tangi Utikere to the Minister for State Owned Enterprises: Will New Zealand Post publicly disclose whether any store owners affected by January 2026 network changes have been offered or have signed agreements containing confidentiality, non-disclosure, or non-disparagement provisions; and if so, what is the number of such agreements and the aggregate value of any associated payments?

Hon Simeon Brown: NZ Post advises that in its view it is not possible to provide this information as it relates to confidential contractual matters between NZ Post and agency partners.
