Lan Pham to the Minister for the Environment: Following Reply 18849 (2026), which Fast-track projects was the Minister invited to comment on in the document titled "05/05/26: 26-BRF-01185 Opportunities for the Minister for the Environment to comment on fast-track applications – Week of 4 May 2026"?

Hon Nicola Grigg: The document “26-BRF-01185 Opportunities for the Minister for the Environment to comment on fast-track applications – Week of 4 May 2026” contained initial advice on three invitations that I had received to comment on referral applications. It is not in the public interest to release the titles of these projects, as their applications are under active consideration by Ministers.
