Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that the Health New Zealand does not collect employment data by graduation year. For example, the Advanced Choice of Employment process allows individuals to apply at different stages, including those in their final year of study or those who have already completed their qualification, and for up to three years after passing their final exams. As a result, applicants come from multiple graduating cohorts and are not limited to a single graduation year. I am further advised that details on individual employment contracts are not recorded centrally, and as such, information on FTE status cannot be provided.
