19983 (2026). Hon Ginny Andersen to the Minister of Education: On how many occasions, if any, did the Ministry of Education provide email lists of 100 or more addresses to her office since 1 January 2025 and for each list provided, what were the groups of people included and when was it provided to her?

Hon Erica Stanford: I am advised that my Education Private Secretaries are on the Ministry's automatic distribution list for the contact information details of early learning services, schools, and other relevant institutions. This list is what my office uses to send emails to the sector advising of major announcements and key information. In addition to this, I am advised that my office received a list of all principals and board chairs to support an email to the sector and on 6 May 2026 received a list of education stakeholders.
