19972 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Pacific Peoples: How, if at all, has artificial intelligence been deployed in a customer service function in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I am advised by the Ministry for Pacific Peoples that it does not use artificial intelligence as a customer service function. For information on how the Ministry uses artificial intelligence, I refer the member to reply WPQ 10281 (2026).
