Hon Chris Bishop: In my capacity as the Minister Responsible for RMA Reform, I have received one briefing which contained advice on including references to the Hauraki Gulf Marine Park Act 2000 in new resource management legislation. It is not in the public interest to release the title as it remains under active consideration.
