19931 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Infrastructure: How, if at all, has artificial intelligence been deployed in a customer service function in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any?

Hon Chris Bishop: For the Treasury, I refer the Member to the answer to Written Question 19906 (2026). None of my other agencies have deployed AI in a customer service function.
