Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: Decisions relating to the Crown fleet are operational matters that lie with the Department of Internal Affairs’ Ministerial Services. I have been consulted as Minister Responsible for Ministerial Services as the matter falls within my portfolio responsibilities.
