19911 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Foreign Affairs: How, if at all, has artificial intelligence been deployed in a customer service function in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, the Asia New Zealand Foundation and Antarctica New Zealand have not deployed artficial intelligence in a customer service function.
