Tangi Utikere to the Minister for State Owned Enterprises: How many agreements, if any, between New Zealand Post and store owners affected by the January 2026 network changes contain confidentiality clauses, non-disclosure agreements, or non-disparagement provisions, and what is the total value of payments associated with those agreements?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that NZ Post’s contractual terms with retail agents are confidential. However, I am advised NZ Post has made no payments related specifically to confidentiality, non-disclosure or non-disparagement.
