Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that in December 2023, the Aotearoa Immunisation Register (AIR) was launched, which is a digital system that records immunisations received across the lifespan. I am further advised that user onboarding processes were being implemented to mitigate risks in transition from the National Immunisation Register to the Aotearoa Immunisation Register.
