Tangi Utikere to the Minister for State Owned Enterprises: How many store owners affected by New Zealand Post's January 2026 network changes are, if any, contractually restricted from speaking publicly about (a) New Zealand Post, (b) the network changes announced in January 2026, or (c) the terms of any agreement they have signed with New Zealand Post, broken down by region?
