Tangi Utikere to the Minister for State Owned Enterprises: To what extent, if at all, are store owners or franchisees retained as confirmed New Zealand Post outlets following the January 2026 network changes expected to fund, at their own cost, (a) counter upgrades, (b) signage changes, (c) point-of-sale or IT equipment, and (d) any other fit-out or operational changes required by New Zealand Post?
