Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that in mid-December 2023, Whaihua was implemented. Whaihua is a consumer management tool that can track engagements, and enables access for all providers, particularly focusing on Hauora Māori Providers and Pacific Providers who may not have access to a Practice Management System. It includes direct access to vaccine history to monitor uptake.
