Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Associate Minister of Housing: How many applications from prospective emergency housing suppliers has the Ministry of Social Development received in each of the last three financial years, and how many were declined, broken down by reason for decline and by region?

Hon Tama Potaka: I am advised by the Ministry of Social Development (the Ministry) that applications to opt-in to the supplier standards are not centrally recorded. As a result, the Ministry is unable to provide the member the information requested.
